It takes a special group (with lots of water) to go shootin’ on a hot Texas Monday afternoon.

[This trip was scheduled to be the 2nd range visit for the new roomie’s young-uns but became their first due to last weeks epic fail range trip – Ambulance Driver Files]

We learned about safety and sight picture and sunscreen and heat index.

I now have a better list of things to load in the truck and a couple things to get for the next trip.

Many thanks to JPG & MattG for time, effort, patience, & letting us hang at the sooper seekrit shootin’ spot.

Bonus points for letting me drink some of your CokeZero and deciphering the manual for the barn.

  1. It was a ton of fun! And hot. 🙂

  2. Safety and Site Picture and Sunscreen. Isn’t that the truth. The clubhouse at the cc where I shoot occassionally always has a fridge full of cold water for the members. That’s beena lifesaver more than once.
