If you can’t deal with calculating my copayment there’s no way I’m letting you participate in my care.

If it is your policy to not call the insurance co because you don’t have adequate staff but you can argue for 15 min you deserve to lose the business.

  1. That is absolutely ridiculous. For quite some time, I was the only front AND back office assistant in an Internal Medicine practice. I did it all, even if it was quite hectic at times. Most insurance companies make it pretty easy to verify benefits, they’ll even fax you the results.
    I agree, you’re better off without this idiot.
