not like the others

called my new medicare advantage plan provider today…. twice… I’ve been on the phone for almost 5 minutes.

they just refuse to put me on hold …. now I ask you, how am I supposed to get my desk cleaned off if I’m not on hold for 20 min?

they keep answering my questions in english…. that’s just downright un-american.

and to top it all off, they only charge 1/10th what the others do…..how wrong is that?

next they’ll be calling me back about referrals to specialists … no wait, that was Monday. I’ve already been scheduled to see them all.

I dunno what I’ll do with the rest of the day… maybe go thru some old mail from the EX providers who haven’t figured out I moved yet.. yeah, that’ll keep me and the shredder busy.
