How do I know the system is broken?
You parked in the fancy blue parking space …. and then walked your ass to the other end of the block and went into a different store to shop.

Add that to the dozens of people younger than me (26) that I treat in the er every day, every single one of which has a diagnosis of Bi-polar, back pain and heroin addiction. All have govt. cell phones, get social security, disability and food stamps. They are brought in by the cops, fight with security, lie to the doctors and leave in nicer cars than I’ll ever own. It happens so often it’s not even funny any more. The sad part is I’m not exaggerating.
